Jackson Acoustics designs and sells acoustic treatment products, including sound diffuser panels, acoustic foam diffusers, sound absorbing panels, slat wood wall panels, and room dividers. Our products are sold online through this Site and shipped from our facility in Houston, Texas.

3. Products and Pricing

We work to display our products, descriptions, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, and discontinue products at any time. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing it and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we received your order, not that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy, available on the Site. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address you provided. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage to us within 7 days so we can resolve it.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Promotions and Discount Codes
