Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Custom, made-to-order, or oversized acoustic products may require additional production time. If your order needs extra lead time, we will let you know by email before it ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via UPS to all addresses in the United States. Oversized orders may ship by freight carrier. Delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): Delivery dates are shown at checkout, typically 2 to 8 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping (UPS Expedited): Faster delivery options are available at checkout, with delivery dates shown before you place your order.

Freight and Oversized Orders: Delivered in 5 to 10 business days. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery details for freight shipments.

For exact delivery dates, enter your address during checkout and UPS will provide a real-time estimated delivery date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

- Product size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to qualifying orders and the regions stated in the promotion.

Shipping Area

We currently ship throughout the United States, including residential and commercial addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Some oversized acoustic panels and room dividers require freight shipping and special delivery arrangements. We will coordinate these with you directly after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and the product immediately.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@jacksonacoustics.com with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified transit damage at no cost to you.

If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply for packages returned or redirected due to an incorrectly entered address.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, or peak holiday seasons. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will keep you updated if your order is affected.
