At Jackson Acoustics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@jacksonacoustics.com and include:
- Your order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for the return
- Photographs, if the item is damaged or defective
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Jackson Acoustics will cover return shipping costs when:
- An incorrect item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged during transit
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service when returning items. Jackson Acoustics is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, whichever you prefer where available.
Inspection and Refund Timeline
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Inspection typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
Once your return is approved, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In total, expect 6 to 12 business days from when we receive your return to when the refund is issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
We will notify you by email at each step: when your return arrives, when inspection is complete, and when your refund is issued.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that:
- Are returned outside the 30 day return window
- Show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Are missing original components or packaging
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, contact us before returning the item. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined above. To request a cancellation, email orders@jacksonacoustics.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
Any non-returnable status is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
