Refund policy

• Standard items are eligible for return for a refund within 10 calendar days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original components and accessories.
• Custom-made or special-order products, clearance or final-sale items, and products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or modification are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
• To initiate a return, contact us at orders@jacksonacoustics.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Please contact us before shipping any product back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Exchanges
• Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process a refund of the product purchase price to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or financial institution.
• If you would like to exchange a product, contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
• We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, repair, return at our expense, or a refund.
• Jackson Acoustics will cover any necessary return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Please do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect product unless we ask you to do so.

5. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
