Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Jackson Acoustics LLC through our website jacksonacoustics.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received them, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (including custom sizes, finishes, or artwork panels made to your specifications) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
  • Items that show signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

  • To start a return, contact Jackson Acoustics LLC at orders@jacksonacoustics.com with your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address in Houston, TX.
  • All return shipments must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit; we recommend using the original packaging where possible.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to an error by Jackson Acoustics LLC or a defective/damaged product, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • After reviewing the documentation, Jackson Acoustics LLC may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective products.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If a returned item is received in non-sellable condition (e.g., damaged, heavily used, or missing components), Jackson Acoustics LLC may issue a partial refund or decline the refund.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges at this time.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above; once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
  • For custom or made-to-order items, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

9. International Orders

  • For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs regulations before placing an order.
